New JOICFP Campaign
On 1st December 2005, JOICFP launched a new awareness campaign "Save Mother from AIDS." The campaign follows on from the success of the safe motherhood campaign at the Aichi EXPO 2005, and continues to focus public awareness on the issues of maternal health around the world.
Save Mother from AIDS campaign has three main pillars.
- Direct fundraising from the public
- Requesting people to put a web button on their websites to raise awareness
- Sale of the Japanese version of The Endless Goodbye eKamishibaif or picture theater used in the fight against HIV/AIDS
JOICFP has also produced a mini-pamphlet about the size of a business card, which can be put in reception areas, points-of-sale, or easily handed out.
