Ladder of Participation
Through group activities and discussions, the participants learned the importance and benefits of youth-initiated activities and what youth-adult partnership could really be.
A valuable tool used in the workshop was the Ladder of Participation, which shows the various stages of involvement of young people in decision making.
Through this, both the adults and young people in the workshops were able to clearly see what true partnership means, and how it can be meaningfully translated into successful ASRH activities.
As a result, each municipality was able to draft plans for ASRH events that utilized the skills and resources of both adults and young people.
